Panoramic 360° x 360° Digital Interactive Virtual Tours
We know that's a mouthful, but there is a lot that makes these virtual tours special above others. First, lets explain panoramic. This is the technology, also called immersive, which allows you to see all around the room or scene. Next, we'll explain the 360° x 360°. This means that not only can you view the image to see 360° both left and right, but you can also look straight up at the ceiling or sky and straight down at the floor. By digitial, we mean we use a high quality 10 Megapixel digital cameras to photograph our scenes with special 180° fisheye lenses. And interactive means that by using your mouse, you are able to control what you see by looking up, down, left, right, zoom in and zoom out. All of these technologies combined gives us our Virtual Tour. You select the rooms you would like to have toured or you can leave it to us.

Wide Angle Digital Photography
This is much more than what most Real Estate agents are capable of doing because we use 10 Megapixel cameras using a special wide angle lens. The 10 megapixels enables viewers to see details that they might not normally see with standard cameras. The wide angle we use shows much more of the room without drastically warping the image. This means you'll be able to see the room, instead of the close-ups of the furniture. After all, you're selling the house, not the furniture. And lastly, we use an external flash. This provides much more even, natural lighting compared to the built-in flashes on most cameras.
